Pilates Classes in Denver

Every session at our LoHi studio is taught on full apparatus (reformer, tower, chair, and mat) and shaped around the body in front of us. Whether you're recovering from an injury, cross-training for your sport, or simply want to move with more ease, there's a format that fits.

Private lessons

One-on-one sessions blend classical and contemporary Pilates and are our recommended starting point: we suggest five private lessons before joining group classes (not required, but the best way to build a safe, personal foundation). Privates are also ideal for rehabilitative work after injury or surgery, and for athletes who want focused cross-training built around their sport.

Duets

Semi-private sessions for two. Bring a partner, friend, or family member and share the cost of personalized instruction while each of you still gets individual attention. Duets are priced per person; see pricing & packages for details.

Small group apparatus classes

Our group classes are capped at 5 people, so you get the energy of a class with the attention of a small studio. They're a favorite for sports cross-training, building the strength and mobility that support skiing, running, and cycling, and all levels are welcome.

Have your own crew? Groups of 3–5 friends can book a private group class; contact the studio to set one up.

“In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a whole new body.”

— Joseph Pilates
